Ruby Tuesday was born at the rescue to a mare that we had taken in months earlier. She was, well, lets just say
not the nicest filly in the world. Here she is shown giving her mommy lots of love.
Trinket came to us as a tiny filly from the Slick Gardner ranch in Santa Barbara, CA where many horses starved to death
before anything was done. She was one of 57 horses we helped place from the ranch and she is now in training with her
new mommy Cori. UPDATE: Feb 2012 we got word that Trinket was suffering a colic episode, after many long days
she lost her fight and the colic turned out to be a stone. Our thoughts and payers are with Cori & her family duing
this sad time. Thank you for giving Trinket a forever home and doing everything you could till the very end!
JJ was recently adopted from us, she is a 4 yr old Comstock Mustang mare who was halter broke and ready to start under
saddle. As you can see by the pics she is doing well with her training..UPDATE January 2012-saddley we got word that
JJ had broken thru several fences and had injured herself as well as a vehicle and other property. Her mom made the
difficult decission to put her down. We will miss you sweet girl!!
Lolita came to us as a young filly, she has since go on to be shown in halter class. Here she is with her Mommy
