My name is Kerry Bishop. My mare was sold without my permission by Tri Star Equestrian Center in Apple Valley on 10/31/07.
There has been a lot of misunderstanding and mistakes on both sides. Rebecca(Tri Star) will not give me the information on
who has my horse. Daria is a 5 yr old paint/percheron cross, she is about 15 hds and is a bay/wht tobiano. I will include
pictures at the end of this email. I will be filing court papers within the week. Rebecca has told me that Daria is still
in the high desert in training, but will eventually be going to Temecula, Ca.
